i think you need to have full matching name in the beanNameAutoProxyCreator.

Make sure you have spring

1.) sp...xyCreator.html
2.) And also make sure log4j listener comes before ContextConfigLocation.
3.) Make sure you define a bean for AccessDeniedHandlerImpl.
