Two app server connect to single database server single, hibernate, database, running, problem

Hi, Sorry for the interrupt.  Now I have the graill app running on the single server.  Now I want to add one more server for the performance issue. And also add one extra  stand-alone  database server.  So two graill app will access the same database through two hibernate.   How could I handle the synchronization issue and hibernate cache problem? Hope there could be a guide for this problem.  Please give me some advice. Thank you.
