project refenrence problem with STS project, references, structure, problem

Hi,

I've a problem with project references within STS. I've imported my maven project into STS but my web projects doesn't recognize my project references. When I build the project via command-line it is just working fine. But not in the STS.

When I try to set up a new web project with a reference I got a nice structure of libraries- System Library- Maven Dependencies- Web App Libraries (Here are the project references)

But in my imported project the Web App Librarie isn't created.
I compared all settings files with the one in the imported project but there wasn't any differents. I also tried to enable and disbable dependency management but this doesn't make any differents.

Does any one how to fix this problem?
